This class will inspire you to stoke the fire and light some candles on a cold rainy west coast night. This comfort food is at its best. Braised one pot meals, casseroles, and slow cooker meals to make dinner a snap! These easy delicious meals will become a family favorite.

We live in the place of abundance; let’s learn to cook with ingredients that are close to home. Seafood, mushroom, berries, local bison and cheese will be on the menu for this class. Enjoy a night dedicated to a country full of flavor! Coast to coast we will prepare traditional sauces, appetizers and one dish main courses to inspire you to look to the spice pantry in a whole new light. Indian food is thoughtful and soul warming; we will be discovering new flavor combinations that will remain in your recipe collection for years to come.

Learn how to cook the most delicious foods of Italy’s most famous region. We will prepare fresh pasta, beautiful succulent tomato sauces, steak Florentine. These are just a few traditional dishes we will be savoring this evening. Look forward to sampling olive oil.
